Apple Solutions Expert is located in Costa da Caparica, Setúbal, Portugal and provides in-person and remote support for our clients. Our standard consulting fee is affordable and there are discounts for retainer plans. We accept payment via Credit card & PayPal.
Standard On-site Service Area
ASE can come to your location and provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting and consulting. For the cities of Lisboa, Almada & Costa da Caparica we do not charge for travel but do have a minimum of one hour of consulting time whether or not you require our services for the full hour. Time in excess of 1 hour will be billed in 6 minute (1/10 hour) increments.
For all other cities in the greater Lisboa Area (see map) we have a minimum of two hours. Time in excess of 2 hours will be billed in 6 minute increments. Even if you do not need a full 2 hours of our time you will be required to pay the minimum. All travel will be billed at the standard hourly rate in 6 minute increments.
We are willing to work on multi-day projects anywhere in the world if you pay our travel, room and board.
Urgent (quicker than 24 hour response time required) and after-hours support is available, please inquire for rates.
ASE offers phone, email and Internet based remote support. We can access your network over a VPN and use Apple & Microsoft Remote Desktop & to control and manage your computers and servers remotely. If you don’t have VPN access or are on the road with your laptop we also use SupportLogME software for remote control, troubleshooting and maintenance. Phone, email and remote support is billed in 6 minute increments and has no minimum hourly requirement.
If you pre-pay Apple Solutions Expert for four or more hours per month you can have us on retainer. Retainer clients have priority for emergency support and your urgent calls will be immediately routed to our cell phone and email. You will receive a discount (amount depending on how many hours per month) on all of your hours including after-hours and urgent response. Regular clients are required to pay after every session but retainer clients are only invoiced once per month. Unused hours roll over into the next month so you can effectively budget your regular IT costs with our monthly plans. Your company will also get up to 12 minutes a day of free telephone or email support.
